We made the decision to start making our way home a few days ago. It’s been a great trip, but I’m missing home, family, friends and routine.

We could drive 10+ hour each day and get there in a few days, but decided to take our time and “see” some stuff on the way… like the Petrified Forest National Park.

Prior to our visit to the national park, we stayed at the Homolovi State Park Campground. ❄️ I think Mother Nature is trying to prepare us for the winter weather at home.
