As you all know, we love military, air, and space-related museums. After arriving in Tucson, we visited the Pima Air & Space Museum.

At the Tucson KOA, our van, Axel, looked like a baby next to all the big rigs.

The state of Arizona is a favorite. In addition to the beautiful scenery, interesting attractions, and warm winter temperatures, it’s home to some wonderful friends. After 8 days on the road, we were ready to stop moving, relax, do laundry, and catch up with friends… including Katie Cupcake.

After bringing us safely and efficiently (we’re averaging 23 – 30 mpg) cross country, Axel got a bath.
